Well, we finally got switched over to Hostica for our webhosting. It's been a little problematic, but what a relief it is to actually be able to speak with someone "live" when an issue comes up.
They're pretty busy, and it may take a little time for them to get back to you, but they do.
Hostica was recommended by Internet Marketing Center-- they're awesome with their support.
