You Are What You Eat. NOT!!!

Dr. Alexander has written another fantastic article, this one on "The Four Steps for Reversing The Inefficient Spiral Of Fat Gain."

In his article, he writes that you are not necessarily what you eat. You can be fat and unhealthy even though you eat good foods!!! How's that?

1. Eating Nutritious Foods
2. Obtaining Efficient Digestion
3. Assimilation
4. Utilization

Dr. Alexander says that without proper utilization, the first three steps are wasted.

Anyway, a great article with an interesting perspective on weight/fat loss.
